These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 1wins platform, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account services available at 1wins.im. 1wins processes all player balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are accepted. Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
1wins uses automated systems to detect collusion, arbitrage betting, use of betting bots, and any other form of unfair play. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and all associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1wins ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino gaming platform accessible at 1wins.im. This Agreement governs all use of the 1wins platform, including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, slot titles, payment services, bonuses, and all other features and services offered on or through 1wins.im.
By completing the 1wins account registration process, accessing any portion of the 1wins platform after registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 1wins platform.
1wins operates under an international gaming license. All betting and gaming activities carried out through the 1wins platform are subject to the rules, regulations, and requirements of that licensing authority. This Agreement should be read together with the 1wins Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 1wins platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
1wins reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1wins platform at any given time. Registration of more than one account — whether under the same identity, email address, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wins account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1wins strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge from the account security settings panel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 1wins support immediately via live chat. 1wins will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to notify 1wins promptly upon becoming aware of the unauthorised activity.
1wins operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations. All players will be required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 1wins may request additional documentation at its discretion.
All 1wins player balances are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1wins does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on the platform side, though your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the name on the 1wins account — are not accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals will only be approved after satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. 1wins targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within minutes of approval during normal operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. 1wins reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
1wins offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds awarded by 1wins must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Only wagers that meet the minimum odds threshold specified in the promotion terms contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
1wins actively monitors player behaviour for signs of bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering bonus funds exclusively at minimum stakes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent; hedging bonus bets across multiple outcomes; and any form of coordinated abuse involving multiple players. 1wins reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
All sports bets placed through the 1wins platform are subject to the 1wins Sportsbook Rules, which form part of this Agreement. The following general principles apply to all betting activity on 1wins:
A bet is only accepted and binding once 1wins has issued a bet confirmation reference number to the player. Bets that are not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or market suspension — are not valid and will not be settled. 1wins reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players it has reason to believe are professional bettors or are engaged in arbitrage activity.
In the event that 1wins publishes a market with clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a human pricing error, a data feed error, or a software fault — 1wins reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds and to refund the relevant stakes. This applies regardless of whether the affected market has already been settled.
1wins cooperates fully with recognised sports integrity bodies and regulatory authorities. Any bet placed on a match or event that is subsequently found to have been subject to corruption, match-fixing, or spot-fixing may be voided and the stake returned. 1wins will cooperate with any official investigation and may disclose player account and betting information to authorised investigatory bodies where required to do so.
In-play betting markets — including live cricket, PSL, T20I, and other live events — are offered at 1wins's discretion and are subject to suspension or closure at any time. 1wins accepts no liability for any delay between a real-world event and the update of in-play markets on the 1wins platform. Players are advised not to exploit any perceived delay in live data feeds; doing so constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 of this Agreement.
Casino games and slot titles available on the 1wins platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round — including but not limited to a server disconnection, software error, or RNG failure — the affected game round will be voided and the player's stake returned to their account balance. Any winnings displayed in connection with a malfunctioning game round are not valid and will not be paid. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the 1wins platform.
1wins's live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Live game results are determined by physical actions (card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are final once the result is displayed and confirmed by the game host. Disputes relating to live game outcomes must be raised with 1wins support within 24 hours of the game round completing; disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1wins platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the 1wins platform — including but not limited to the 1wins brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is owned by or licensed to 1wins and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights or licence to use any 1wins intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any 1wins content without prior written consent from 1wins. Unauthorised use of 1wins intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
1wins collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wins's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 1wins platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the 1wins platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1wins shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if 1wins has been advised of the possibility of such losses:
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Either party may close the player's 1wins account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact 1wins support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.
1wins may suspend or permanently close a player's account without notice in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for any breach of this Agreement, 1wins reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a set-off against any losses, damages, or costs incurred by 1wins as a result of the breach.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1wins holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 1wins platform or a specific bet, game, or payment outcome, you should first contact 1wins support via live chat. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by 1wins's licensing authority.
1wins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 1wins will notify active players by displaying a prominent notice on the 1wins platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an in-platform notification to registered accounts.
Continued use of the 1wins platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Agreement, you must stop using the 1wins platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
